Hot Artichoke Dip

14 ounces (can or jar) artichokes, drained andchopped
3 green onions, chopped
2 tsp. hot sauce
1 tbs. each fresh basil, parsely, chives, chopped
1/4 cup parmesan or romano cheese
1/2 cup mayonnaise

Preheat oven to 375 degrees. In a bowl, blend artichokes, green onions, hot sauce, herbs, cheese and mayonnaise. Spread mixture in a shallow baking dish. Bake uncovered for 25 to 30 minutes. Serve hot with taco chips, pitas, vegetables or crackers.
